  • All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise, but exclude delivery fees, which are calculated at checkout.
  • We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
  • We reserve the right to change prices or discontinue lighting products at any time without prior notice.
  1. Payments and Security
  • Payment must be cleared in full before we dispatch any goods.
  • All online transactions are securely processed through PayFast, our approved payment gateway.
  • We do not store your credit card or banking details. PayFast encrypts your data securely using industry-standard protocols.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • We deliver to physical addresses across South Africa. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • Estimated delivery times are guidelines only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, courier strikes, or severe weather.
  • Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.
  1. Returns, Refunds, and Guarantees

Our return policy complies fully with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):

  • Cooling-off Period: You have the right to cancel any transaction within 7 days of receiving the goods for a full refund, provided the goods are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
  • Defective Products: If a lighting fixture is defective or broken upon arrival, notify us within 6 months of delivery. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost to you.
  • Installation: Electrical lighting products must be installed by a certified electrician. Failure to do so may void the manufacturer’s warranty or return policy if damage occurs during incorrect installation.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content on this website—including images, text, logos, designs, and graphics—is the property of @B and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without our written consent.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the misuse, incorrect installation, or handling of our lighting products.
  • We do not guarantee that our website will always be secure, error-free, or uninterrupted.
